Who we are
nimblegpu is a private limited company incorporated in Kuala Lumpur on 25 May 2026 under the Companies Act 2016 (ACT 777) of Malaysia, and registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
As an investment holding company, our principal activities are holding shares in subsidiaries and managing investments, real estate and corporate assets. Through our operating businesses we deliver GPU compute rental, IT equipment rental and AI token services to enterprises, research teams and public-sector organisations.
We are preparing to expand further in the AI sector, building from infrastructure upward: an energy-efficient compute base, metered model and token services, and then packaged solutions for regional industries.
Our company status is Active. Certified registration documents, including consular authentication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia, are available to customers and partners for due diligence.
